"Great Customer Service!"

I asked a plumber friend who he might recommend for an electric company that was above all honest having dealt with other companies that clearly were not. He did not hesitate a second to give me High Tech's name and information. I could not be happier than with their professional customer service, work ethics, and above all their honesty & integrity which have saved me many thousands of dollars. Do yourself a favor and call them when you have an issue.

"Extremely Professional!"

Purchased a new hot tub and was a bit nervous about having the electrical run up through the decking to the tub which would require holes being cut through the decking and tub, but I could not have had a better experience using HI-TECH! Called up Jason at the Portage facility (GREAT guy!) and he knew exactly what I needed done. He sent out Tomas who was on time, professional and took care of everything I needed - and then some. Absolute pleasure working with Tomas and I am happy to say I've found a new electrician. All in all, I could not be happier with the guys!! Will be calling them again soon for a few more projects I have going.

Harlin came out and replaced a faulty electrical panel - very impressed with both him and Hi-tech. They responded to request for service and bill was very reasonable. They got me as a loyal customer for life- incredible customer service and electricians.

Had them install all new lights in my autoshop and then had them run and repair outside wire and all new boxes at my home. There guys were Great and respectful. Done with excellent workmanship and they cleaned up very well. ( no mess left behind) I Can tell they take pride in what they do. Hard to find this kind of service. "HIGHLY Recommend!"

We have had a difficult time getting an electrician to respond to our inquiries but when Hi-Tech Electric was recommended, they responded right away, came out the next day to give us an estimate and then we set up a service date. They handled several requests simultaneously and were very knowledgeable and professional. The quote they gave us for a whole house Generac generator was lower than the one other quote we managed to get and the generator was larger! They also replaced a radon fan and installed an additional outlet in a difficult place to access. Each electrician from the start to the finish of each job was helpful, eagerly answered any questions we had and they all did an excellent job. We HIGHLY recommend Hi-Tech Electric for any size job and we will use them again.

"Very Professional!"

We used Hi-Tech to install an outdoor hot tub. We played phone tag for a little while but once we got an appointment setup they did a great job running the line from the garage, through the basement, and out the back to the patio. The install went super smooth and everything looks very professional and finished nicely.

I hired them to install an outlet for my hot tub and they sent an installer named Steve. He was on time, and polite. I was not there so my wife was, alone with the kids, and he made my wife feel comfortable. He worked fast and efficiently. He even did some extra work and did it all for a great price. way less than what I expected to have to pay. I will definitely use this company again because of Steve. I want workers like him working for me!
