I called when I got up as the power was out and the generator did not kick in as normal when power fails. The crew was here within 2 hours and had it repaired within an hour. Apparently, the battery failed. We expected to have it replaced when they advised us to do so at a prior regular maintenance check. They were prompt and courteous as well as efficient. 5 stars for so many reasons.

Fantastic Job and Superb Service
We have a membership agreement with Hi-Tech for servicing our generator. This is so well worth the cost, and they do a fantastic job. This service was performed during their last visit and one additional installation that is not typically part of their offerings. We asked them if it would be possible to install a Starlink satellite for us on our roof. In the past, some of the best installation work at our home has been done by electricians, and this time was no different. Nicki, our point of contact, set up our install to coincide with our generator maintenance, and Adam was our installer. Adam did a superb job and was one of the most professional and detailed individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend Hi-Tech and can't say enough good things about our experience and their quality of work. THANK YOU!!!
